The sustainable seafood eatery makes its way to Maker’s Dozen at The Exchange. Fish & Co offers an impressive range of eat-in and take-home seafood-based options making sustainable seafood consumption easier than ever.

From freshly shucked oysters with Nahm Jim sauce, loaded garlic butter lobster fries, and Cajun fish tacos, to classics such as beer battered NZ hake and chips with tartare sauce and grilled wild Alaskan salmon; all ingredients have a story and are bought directly from fishermen, small producers and food artisans. The new Fish & Co venue is BYO with some quirky new menu options just for the Maker’s Dozen store. Fish & Co believes that when people know the story of their seafood, it’s easier to understand how precious sustainable fishing is for the future of the planet. That’s why this seafood warrior is not only sourcing Australian products that are 100% sustainable (and certified to the MSC Fisheries Standard), they’re also sharing knowledge in the process. As you delight in your perfect shellfish or Wild Alaskan Salmon, expect to hear from a local oyster farmer about the best way to shuck, or a fisherman telling the story of his catch. New additions to a classic seafood menu will include the Wild Salmon Dog, Tuna Nachos, Egg and ‘Salmon Bacon’ Roll and Lobster Fries. Fish and chips as you’ve never tasted before.
