Co-owner Ruvanie De Zoysa says: “Our new eatery will be inspired by Colombo’s food culture but with our own spin. Customers can expect our famous hoppers, stuffed roti, kadé bowls (our take on the poké bowl), curries, spiced-up sides and cocktails laced with Sri Lanka’s signature spirits.” Hopper Kadé supports ethical eating with a menu that is mostly dairy, ghee, gluten and guilt-free.
